VIP Intensive: April 23, 8:00 am-12:00 pm

VIP Workshops & Cocktail Party: April 23rd, 1:00 pm-7:00 pm.

General Admission: April 24th, 8:00 am-6:00 pm.

Hotels, travel to & from the event, and meals are NOT included except lunch, however, if you are traveling from out of town to this event, we recommend:

1. Flying in on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 to Destin/Fort Walton Beach (VPS) or Panama City Beach (ECP). Both airports are about 30 miles from conference venue.

Several of the speakers will be hosting additional events on Friday & Saturday (such as live podcasting & breathwork) and we encourage you to stay and spend the weekend with us.

Some attendees are also bringing their families for a beach weekend getaway.

However long you choose to stay, we're excited to have you!

There are NO REFUNDS on live events. 

All tickets are non-refundable for any reason. However, we know sometimes emergencies happen, so you are able to transfer your ticket to another female founder to come in your place!

You'll get this via email after you purchase your ticket! But ultimately - it’s completely up to you! Go as bold or as Business Casual as you want! The weather in Northwest Florida in April is usually quite warm (think sleeveless top & sandals) but we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket in case the venue is cold with the AC running!

Please note: lunch and coffee will be served outdoors (under a tent in the event of rain, which is unlikely this time of year).

The main conference hall is downstairs and wheelchair accessible. There is a small upstairs loft area but the event is not held upstairs.

Yes, technically...but our VIP tickets are limited, and when they're gone, they're gone! We recommend securing your VIP ticket as soon as possible because they have sold out in past years and some attendees were really disappointed they weren't able to upgrade!
